The Inclusivity
Advisory Collective

Here at The Lex, our goal has always been to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all of our artists and employees to do their best work.  To increase our efforts in this area, we created the Inclusivity Advisory Collective (IAC) in early 2021.

This incredible group of theatre artists represents a wide variety of communities and meets quarterly to advise The Lex Team on programming and policy decisions.  The IAC Chairperson also has a voting seat on The Lex Board of Directors.

To gain as many perspectives as possible, we assembled a group that includes actors, stage managers, directors, choreographers and writers who have local, national and international experience.  We are so grateful to each of them for sharing their voices around our decision-making table.  Together we are listening, learning and collaborating to set clear intentions for The Lex regarding inclusion, equity, diversity and belonging.

Please meet our current IAC Members!
